You would think that 800-thread-count sheets couldn't be bad, right? Well, we were a little disappointed. You can definitely see the very tightly woven fabric. I'm not sure what the problem is, but perhaps 800 threads/inch is too much. They almost remind me of having plastic sheets on the bed. I would have expected a very smooth satiny sheet, but they're a bit rough and loud. It's hard to slip out of bed and let your spouse sleep in without being noticed by the sound. Even after washing them several times, they're not much better. Perhaps a 400-thread-count sheet would better than these.

I bought these sheets in mid 2007, they still feel like new. No snags like no rips, elastic is in perfect condition. The most perfect set of sheets I have ever purchased. I have washed them quite a few times even with Bleach and no damage what so ever. I have other sheet sets but find myself washing them and putting them right back on. I would reccomend these sheets to anyone in a heartbeat.
